I spoke to Dylan Steven at some point prior to September 6, 2023. He saved me a ton of time by clearly and immediately communicating that I was not his customary client. On September 7, 2023, he introduced me to Shane Skinner, who is a great web designer. Even though we did not work together, it was a great, brief interaction.

We worked with 118Group to establish ourselves as an organization - get a logo, build a brand, create a website. I can't imagine a better team to work with. They were consistently highly communicative, eager to learn about my organization, patient with me and all of my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure our network was pleased. We're a unique organization and explaining what we do can be tricky, but Team118 Group nailed it. I'm so proud of what they have built for us and I get compliments REGULARLY from others checking out our website. Any time I have a question or if I need support, they respond immediately and with great clarity. 118Group delivered the result I needed on time, on budget, with clear communication. Mission accomplished. Value delivered. #Gratitude! Deeper dive: We have membership directory functionality integrated into our website (which 118Group did NOT design -- they stepped in admirably to provide hosting, maintenance and security, so don't blame/credit them for the design). The directory disconnected in mid-December. Four emails to the CRM support team went unanswered. I reached out to 118Group for a lifeline -- the first contact I've had as the 1-month-old Executive Director -- and both the CEO and CTO stepped in and stepped up. They patiently but very persistently engaged the CRM support team to demonstrate with perfect clarity that the CRM system had broken the integration. After three exchanges, the CRM team finally figured out that adding a column in their API to account for references to both "X" and Twitter had broken the connection. When 118Group provided an updated file with one more column for X, our directly repopulated within minutes.

Our small non-profit organization based on Cape Cod was looking to update our old website. It looked antiquated and we inherited many legacy issues that affected us editing and updating the site properly and with ease. After speaking with a handful of local firms, we chose 118Group to redesign our whole website. We are very pleased with the results. It has a fresh new look, is easy for users to navigate, and is much easier to make necessary updates and edits. We worked mainly with Hannah, who was always very quick to respond to our questions, concerns, and feedback. She was a pleasure - and very professional. They were realistic in terms of deadlines and timeline and we were able to launch the new site by our desired date. They provided effective and helpful feedback regarding content and formatting throughout the process. The initial cost estimate was also adhered to, with no surprise fees or markups. They are now hosting our site and we are very comfortable with them going forward - and have no hesitancy in reaching out to them with questions or other projects for the website. 118Group was fast to work with, immediately adopted our vision and brand themes, and delivered a website that checked all of our boxes within the timeframe specified. After filling out their intensive discovery documents, we basically sat back and saw our brand represented perfectly online. Their feedback tools were easy to use and we never had to give feedback twice. All changes were implemented correctly and accurately. For all this, we got a more functional and better designed website than our previous one for about half the cost. We will be using 118Group for all of our web development needs moving forward, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
